Being an asthmatic all mylife has made me become dependent to certain "maintaince medicines". I've tried a lot of it before.
There was even a time, way back when, i had my back injection 100 times coz it would help my asthma. By the way, it didn't help any.
Then came seritide. ALl i do is get a puff in the morning and then i'm ok the rest of the day.
I just love the inventor of this medicine.
As of the moment, i'm using seritide 25o. IO'm suppose to use puff tweice everyday, but i just do 1 puff... and i get a lof exercise at the time so my lungs would learn to expand.

I was never a sporty person, so getting in shape was hard for me.
I hated running but so far it is what has helped my asthma. And boxing too.
It turns out that when you run you have to develop a technique where you force your lungs to expand when running, so now i can breath properly.
Boxing is great, you get a good cardio workout and during a punch mitt session you get to work on your moves and your breathing.. hehehe it turns out that both boxing and running helps make your breath properly :)
