i got some ads in my blog last week and this week they are all gone.how do i get more ads on my blog and how do i drive in traffic,

Hey Buddy.
I can't answer your first question without knowing where your hosted. I would suggest finding a free blog host which will give you everything. (which you'll need)
How to attract visitors.
1. Build your blog. Make it appealing, work on your content etc. (offering your readers something good) interesting opinions, reviews etc.
2. Network with other bloggers.
3. Promote your blog mention it to your friends, ask them to mention it etc.
4. Keep your blog updated and appealing to those who will return.
