Need HELP with nNeighbors SON?

my neighbors son is a ....... to say the least he is always beating up my 5 year old daughter and his parents will NOT do anything , they are the kind of people that would rather let someone else disaplin them but what good does that do?
I just really want to hurt this kid sometimes, but thats not right i feel that way he is just a kid but I CAN NOT TAKE IT ANYMORE!! my little girl is so small and this kid is 9 years old and bigger that me!!

have you tried filing a complaint with the police?? if the parenst wont do anything, force them to. they would either take the child into custody or take take the parents. either way someone is learning a lesson. because if he seriously beats her up, it can cause permanant damage or even worse. if someone won't dicipline this child then the violance will get worse. next time you child gets beat up, take pictures of any injuries and notify the parents again. tell them if this continues, the next time this happens you will call the police. keep a record of when it happens and that you have notified the parents. do it in writting so you have a copy as well so show any police that decide to investigate. just because he's a child doesn't mean you can file a complaint of abuse for your little girl.
