i am when it comes to decision-making. he always end up with an "ooppss...sorry. wrong move".

I think that we are about equal. There are things that I know more about and other things he knows more about. It helps us to stay balanced in our relationship. Things he is stronger in that's what he does. Things I am stronger in that what I am in charge of.
