Why females hasitate ??

Well, we kinda grow up being taught thats the way it should be, the guy is supposed to take the leadin all situations. Now I relize that its prolly not politicaly correct, but thats the way society is. As a guy, there are times that I wish the girl would be more forward, sometimes I just seem to take hints very well and I'm kind of shy

I believe that it's different gender roles. Man should be seen as the brave one who is willing to take the initiative. If a man can't even take this initiative, how is he going to cope with family problems later on after marriage? Woman are usually the ones who are more meticulous so they can plan and carry out the tasks. In a way, they are complementing each other. Now, if woman also takes the role to take initiative and do the rest as well, she would be very much burdened and man seems to be taking not much responsibility in this marriage. Marriage would fall apart easily once woman start to become tired of all the responsibilities that she had to undertake.
