Do you live alone or have a roommate?

I live alone. When I started college 3 years ago I had roommates. I had two different roommates in the dorms and I just hated not having time to myself. They always wanted to leave the door open so people can walk in. I'd want to sit on my computer and do things but people would walk by and watch me. It was very annoying. I also didn't like how their friends would come in whenever. I moved into my own apartment over a year ago. I got a cat, and I enjoy that a lot. However I'm starting to become more interesting in moving with someone of my choice that I could see.

I currently live with a roommate, my best friend and also my ex-husband. I married young and my ex and I divorced after 10 years. I then lived as a roommate with my mom for about 3 years until she got remarried. For the first time in my life, I moved into my own apt. and it was a bit scary at first and so quiet. I had a cat and that helped and my ex and I had become friends at this point and we hung out when we were both single. I adjusted to living alone and didn't mind it, in fact I learned to enjoy it. I lived with a boyfriend for awhile and then was back on my own again. I ended up livng alone for about 13 years. About 2 years ago I moved in with my ex-husband/best friend. I had to go on disability due to an inherited anxiety disorder. It was kind of hard to give up my own place, but I quickly adjusted to living with my new roommate and we get along great! There are pros and cons to living alone or with a roommate or significant other. If I had to pick I would choose to have a roommate or significant other to live with as long as we get along well. If I had to live with someone I wasn't comfortable with or didn't get along with, I would prefer to live my own.

I live alone but my best friend and her husband live upstairs with their 2 little boys.

I live at home with my hubby and my three children.

I live alone with my kids and most of the time my brother and girlfriend come and stay at my house. I do like it alone but, it would be nice to have someone.. I have been married for 12yrs and we just seperated a few months ago so,I'm liking to have the house all to myself.

I have 2 roommates currently. I often contemplate getting my own place though.. I'm a pretty solitary quiet person most of the time. Not great a conversations when I'm trying to wind down.
