why did howard stern not let anna nicole's mother see the baby!?

all the drama that was surrounding anna nicole! - it was no wonder she just collapsed and died personally i know the pain she might have felt of having post partum and also not being sure who the baby's dad was at the same time - its not widely known, but this is very emotionally painful for a mother. Not to mention the recent death of her son, at the same moment her child was born - must have been very VERY Mentally and emotionally just too much to put up with. Although the public mostly recognized her because of the money she had and the persona she has put up in the past, i think on the inside she was just screaming for help. Now the question here is why is howard stern not seeing all of this?, I feel for her grandmother as i wouldnt want any baby - especially my baby in the care of howard stern! Does he even have legal paperwork regarding the baby? Why is he taking the baby into another womans house? this is not right! so why?
