Anybody in Mylot like Biking? I love biking all the time. It's a hobby that helps a lot in my life. It will save your life and the environment, you can travel without consuming gasoline, only effort. It saves life, biking burns fats in your body, the cause of highblood that kills. It saves our environment, no gas, no smoke that pollutes the air. I'm 51 now and no problem with my health. I bike regularly everyday and found a good exercise. It's a non-expensive hobby. Join me, Let's Bike The World!

I do love biking! I used to bike to the lab everyday when I was doing my masters. I miss biking very much now, because I use public transportation to get to work. I wish I could bike but I think it might be too far for me...plus there is the issue of safety on the roads with those crazy drivers they have out there...but I am definitely willing to join you and bike the world!
I agree that it is very good for the environment as you mentioned and of course the fat-burning is a plus...my problem is I have no fat to burn! lol
I actually started a discussion to find out how regularly and how many miles other people bike. I would really love to be able to bike more, but most of the roads in my town are not bicycle-friendly and the drivers are even less bicycle-friendly because a lot of people who actually bike are moronic male teenagers who abuse the privilege of the roads and cause problems for drivers unfortunately. I have biked on days when things are slow, i.e. less cars on the road, but I am fearful of biking at busy hours. I probably just need to get out there and get more familiar with my bike again...well, it's a new bike, so I guess I have to get to know it!

Yes, biking is now a part of my life. I bike at least 1 hour every morning before I start working and four to five hours on weekends. Aside from exercise, it can save me paying tansport fare sometimes. In our town, there's a good place to enjoy biking, wide and less cars on the road. There are ups and downhills that bikers like to go. There is a place here very challenging for bikers, up to now I cannot climb it and very few actually climb on top without rest. There are many bikers here, young and old, male and few women, some are professional bikers, some just like to bike but no resistance.
Biking is good hobby not necessarily to join in competition. This needs endurance, not speed. If you can bike 4hours without rest you are tough enough. I'm using a Shimano racer bike i bought from Japan surplus. I'm now 52 and still on the go. I joined competition at the age 25 but never became a national champion. I return on the road at age 45 when I feel i must do exercise because my belly is getting bigger as I grow older. Good result and thanks to my bike, Im in good health.
Biking is a friendly hobby, we can meet many friends on the road becoz pro-bikers are friendly people. It's good to hear you have no fat to burn maybe you're much younger than me. Keep on going and presence of mind always when you're on the road. The best time to ride and go is early in the morning when the road is not yet busy. Take Care!!!

I do like biking, but don't do it much. Its really helpful to fight against global warming. But, in this era of comfort, there aren't enough people who will do it for the sake of environment. Nobody is worried about the future generations. They just want to consume now and go away and let the future suffer. Good to see you make a difference in your own way. Keep it up!!
