What do you mean by perfect happiness, lot of money, two or three cars, big furnished apartment? Or, a peaceful life without unnecessary possessions? Matter of fact is that I try to be happy being satisfied with what I'm now. But my fellow people just don't let me do so. They are constantly moving ahead, purchasing new mobile handsets, moving on to new apartments or booking the latest car. It has become very disturbing for me as I know I'll not be able to spend as much as they do. So that disturbs me a lot and induces frustration. So, the question comes up, what do you think perfect happiness is?

to me perfect happiness is content with your life and appreciation for what you have and who you have in your life. Too many people focus on material possessions or worry why they dont have everything they want. If more would focus on what they do have-with love being the greatest gift-they'd see how blessed they are!

Thanks. I always consider that I'm blessed for what I have. Believe me, I'm not that much crazy for materialistic possessions. But, as I've told comparison comes quite often. In my presence as well as in my absence. Just getting de-motivated.

My thinking is that the perfect happiness will be getting peace of mind. If you do not have peace of mind...you will not be able to enjoy the things or luxuries that you may be having.
More over to have a good sleep, you need to have a peacefull mind. But unfortunately its not something that we can buy from shops.

I must say, it is just the perfect reply. Peace of mind can't be bought from shop. I actually have peace of mind. Still just can't oversight the way things are changing around me. Once I used to lead them all but now I'm ruined.

I think perfect happiness is being content where you are at in life. Liking who you are and what you've become and where you are in life no matter what anyone says about it. Its having peace and being appreciative. And most of all, I think if you have love in you life and you love as well, its happiness.

I am happy in the here and now. Not looking and saying if only I had (I have heard people say this). Material possessions can be snatched out of your hands while if you appreciate the daily things of life and be satisfied with that the chances of you staying happy are pretty great. I love to smile at people as I pass them on the street. Picking up the phone and talking to my friends brings sunshine to my heart. Being around the elderly folks and watching them smile brings me immense happiness to my heart. I work at a nursing home and always try to brighten up their day and love it when they smile at me. I have never looked at my neighbors and wished I had what they had. The material things mean nothing to me.
