I watched Brain Matters(or something like that) on the Discovery Channel and they talked about all these kinds of future technologies. I watch a little of Future Weapons too and say a new body armor called dragonskin that can stop armor piercing bullets, they even did a test with a grenade and although it didn't survive the grenade if there were a person wearing it then the person would be saved. But anyways, on Brain Matters they were talking about how in the future we might advance to a point where we would implant nanobots into our brains to increase it's speed and memory, initially what caught my mind about that is they said basically the faster your brain is the slower things around you appear to be. This might not be completely true but it was very interesting. They also talked about how we might stop going on vacation to places and instead just download a location into our mind and take a vacation there.
What is your ideology about the future? Have you ever daydreamed about what might be a common practice in the future?

I hope that our future we see more technological breakthroughs in the fields of medicine, energy/resource management and space research rather than military applications. I would hope to see "nanobots" or "nanoids" being injected into our body to repair broken tissue like muscles, brain stem, heart valves or even fight deadly diseases like cancer. In space research I'd like to see robots harvest minerals from asteroids and other planets so that we may have alternative resources. Robots roaming around space doing their jobs would be a daily thing as us going on a bus ride to work.
Most of all, I'd wish for man to have another planet habitat. The Earth is getting overcrowded.

Agreed. I think there's a good chance that we might someday civilize on Mars.

I would have to say that the nanobots in the bodies would be really interesting to help repair and fix our bodies. To ellaborate more on the subject of another living space, I would think that a space station would come in the near future. I would love to be on a space station and would most likely help develop one as aerospace engineering is my field of interest as a career.
