language that we need to think what we talking about...not direct meaning but usually reqire us gain knowledge before face it..example medical terminology..

There's many now. High level language it mean the source code is written in english, or understandable words. Not like assembler code (sample: int 21, etc). Most high level language is normal txt (ascii) files. Then compiled into machine undestandable code, and linked to gain executable files.
