Money should never be a part of love. A small box of candy and a HAND WRITTEN note of 30 words or less telling your soul mate why and how much they mean to you would absolutely be the high light of my life. Well said grandmaof2. I would think that this would be one of the best ideas, inexpensive and most thoughtful, you could do for valentines day.

I would like to go on a cruise maybe stop in Hawaii or the south pacific. That would be a wonderful gift. Would be lots of fun as well.

That sounds like fun, especially with the cruise ships these days having rock climbing walls and all these fun showings on them.

I've been on a few cruises, once to alaska, carribean and mediterrainian. I would like to go to hawaii sometime, that would be great.

The best V-day gift that I would like to give or be given is a cruise with star cruises. My friend works there and I envy all the pictures she sends showing every stop they make. I like travelling and taking pictures of nature or simply admiring it. However, budget constraints really do prevent me from enjoying such luxury. Perhaps, in time. If the Lord grants me that one wish. LOL :O

I would love to take my hubby away for a romantic getaway without the kids :-) and go somewhere warm (it's cold here in Canada!!)

I would write something personal, maybe a song or something. It's offcourse very personal but you can try it out and I'm sure it will work. That's the best present you can give on this day I think, presents are more for birthdays and other holidays.
