Is that frozen vegetables is good for health...

They are not as healthy as the fresh ones as some nutrients will be lost in the freezing and cooking process, but they are MUCH more healthy than canned vegetables. Canned vegetables have a large amount of sodium. Frozen vegetables are also much better than no vegetables.

It is not as good as fresh but its still veggies and healthy. Better then a bag of chips.

The healthest vegetables are the fresh ones and next is the frozen ones. canned ones have a lot od salt and suger added and they lose the nutrituional value. beside being over cooked because of the canning process.

hi technically saying frozen foods r good . freezing is done at low temperatures due to which free water present in them r converted into ice crystal and there is change in the structure generally a little bit u can see it . but the most important thing is that the time between u take out them from freezer and cooking must be too short .
else wise there is no harm to eat them.
