You know you're an 80's child if... -Snap braclets were always getting you in trouble at school. -You played with my little ponies. -Friendship braclets were ties that couldn't be broken. -You ever read nancy drew, the hardy boys, the babysitters club, or sweet valley high. -You know all the words to ce ice baby or can't touch this... -You wanted to be the hulk for halloween. -You had a crush on at least one of the new kid on the block members. -You remember new kids on the block. -You wanted to be on star search. -You wore one of those tee-shirt rings or a scrunchie on one side of your shirt during your youth. -You were styling with your french rolled pants. -You wore multipairs of socks in the middle of summer just to be "hip". -You had puff-painted your own shirt at least once. -You knew the profound meaning of "wax on, wax off." -You were upset when she-ra, princess of power, and he-man cancelled. -You can remember watching every single episiode of full house and saved by the bell for hours on end back when they were new episodes. -You have seen at least 10 episodes of fraggle rock. -You wanted to be a goonie. -You remember madonna in her cone stage. -You even wore florecent neon clothing. -You could brakedance, or wished you could. -You remember when atari was the state-of-the-art video game system. -You remember m.c. hammer. -You own any cassettes. -You can still sing the rap to fresh prince of bell air. -You can recite the theme to duck tails. -You owned a pair of l.a. gear, converse, or keds tennis shoes. -My little pony, gummy bears, transformers, you can't do that on television, woozles, kids incorperated, double dare, and hey dude are familiar to you. -Do polly pockets or popples ring a bell? -Big wheels and bicycles with rainbow streamers were the way to go. -You pondered why smurfette was the only female smurf. -You actually spent hours trying to perfect "the Care Bear stare." -You had wonderwoman or superman underware. -You still have a crimper in your bathroom drawer. -Can we say trapper keeper? -You stayed up all night listening to teddy rupskin. -You were scared of the gremlins. -You can remember when ren and stimpy was a new show. -Party like it's 1999 seemed so far away... -You can remember singing amy grant's "baby, baby" -With your playskool recorder you sang backup to Debbie Gibson and Tiffany -You loved pink jeans, black stretch pants and huge hoop earings -You can remember when rollerblades were the new thing. -You used to wear bright pink slip-ons and jellie shoes. -Pee-wee's playhouse...rainbow bright...fanny packs...skip its...need i say more? -You can remember when your "kid sister/"my buddy" seemed so tall.
