To mu little knowledge communism got to do with, Government taking over everything in the country. People can only have access to what the Government pprove for the them, unlike some other countries that uses Socialism where everyone has the right to do what they like.

i would just add my little understanding about communism. hope it may be beneficial for someone. what little i know about communism is that it's a system based on the people. all the people of society are owners of every thing which that society or country owns, from land to industry, rivers, institutions everything. similarly the revenues which are gained and earned are shared by all people equally. there is no class difference, no upper class, no lower class i.e no poverty. power, resources, responsibilities, earnings and losses are all shared by everyone, making it exactly opposite to capitalism. in American depression cycle of 1930s, communist party started getting popular there. but whatever i mentioned about communism is ideal case. in practice it was a little bit different. in practical form there was a ruling party who controlled the resources and though it was responsible to provide for equal chances they have been uneven, so creating some disappointment among the followers. much can be said about it but this is briefly my understanding of cummunism.

...yes, I think people slow down on producing and invention, as it doesn't get them ahead.. also a government or something has been put in charge of the shared resources, but they can't usually be trusted.. It almost sounds like the ideal commune-ism is for an ideal world where the humans are not flawed..

I guess the ideal communism is supposed to be rather good.. but because of human nature, a strong, or big government (big brother) becomes too powerful.. they collect the resources, to share evenly, but end up keeping the resources! (Go figure!) Whereas democracy isn't that the people or nation are any better or anything, just that the power and offices are checked and balanced; they oppose each other so it keeps each in check.. Here in the U.S. the political parties may drive us crazy with their bickering (it is a little over the top right now) but if we had just one big party, that's when I figure we're really in trouble!

You do possess a good concern on these governments. I appreciate your theory. Now that elections are near by in your country, how will you judge electoral candidates?

Personally, I'm a traditionalist, thinking it is better for society and strength of both country and society.. so I vote for those persons who I think are thinking like I am.. I also think it's important to face terrorism now instead of getting distracted by partisan bickering.. and villainizing of one another..
