Follow the mylot guidelines, be active in all areas, including, quality responses, starting quality discussions, report abuse, upload pictures properly, rate your fellow mylotters, pick your best responses after a reasonable time. Here at mylot it is about quality and not quantity. Have fun. Stay away from discussions that break the guidelines as when they are deleted you will see your reputation fall and your earnings will be affected also. When I started I took the advise from the people that had the highest reputations here and it has helped me tremendously. Welcome to mylot and I wish you much luck here.

Sorry forgot to add that after posting 100 responses you will recieve a star and that will be based on how your fellow mylotters/mylotians have rated your discussions and responses. The way to rate are with the "+", "-" and "!", the way you use the symbols is the "+" when the response added to the discussion, "-" when it didn't add anything to the discussion or didn't een stay with the discussion and the "!" is for abuse reporting, the guidelines go over the rating system also. Hmmm...my star is a 9. I don't really know why it is 9 instead of a different number. I did lose quite a bit of earnings due to a referral. I didn't notice that the referral was breaking rules here but apparently that was the case. I rarely report anyone, don't upload photos, and probably haven't picked best response yet for all of my topics. Lol, it sounds like 9 is doing pretty well for me after all. I am very conscientious to make good sized posts. I heard that all posts should be four lines at least and I try to make sure mine are.

The reputation ratings start from the rating (100) beside your username. You will start there and it is supposed to be the appreciation of other members.
