Eggs are a great food. They are cheap, high in protein and filling. The only down-side is that they contain a lot of cholesterol. It is because of this that nutritionists state we should only eat one egg a day. Obviously it is more unhealthy to eat fried eggs than it is to eat poached, etc.

Since we all love eating eggs, and I especially love eating deep fried quail eggs - I regularly take dietary supplements that improves our liver's capability in eliminating too much cholesterol in our body, such as Liveraide capsules.
I just recently brought myself a mountain bike so I can use it to burn calories and some excessive body fats.

i like eggs too. . they are cheap and healthy. they have a lot of protein. if you are worried about cholesterol though, i would limit the amount of egg yolks you eat, they are very fattening

Well, i will definitly take you advice on this. I will start working out after i eat eggs.hehe. This is because i cant live without eggs. Eggs means the world to me. Food without eggs is not that nice. but i wil again take your advice to have a limit on how many eggs to eat everyday. Thanks yah. Appreciate it.

hmmm, eggs is good and healty, but don't eat too much, since the yellow part contain much fat besides protein and the others, too much fat will makes you fat and cholesterol, or you could try eat more the white than the yellow part, just imho from me.

I think you re like me and i am like you. I am so liked eggs a lot. never feel bored with eggs. Until someone told me that it is not good for my health. But i am not sure whether it is true or not. anybody can advice us here?Eggs Rocks!

Too much intake of cholesterol may be bad to your health. Better visit your doctor for your regular check-up.

I love eggs too. I don't eat them very often though. I like scrambled the best. If you are worried about your health you might want to see your doctor and see what advice he can give you. Eating fruits with your eggs can help your diet too.

I heard it is ok to eat one egg a day but still you have to think that it has too much cholesterol. Mmmm... Since you love to eat egg, why don't you eat apple too coz it lowers blood cholesterol. So it would be balance. What do you think?

eating chicken eggs everyday can cause harm to your health. specially we're aging. it is harmful to health coz the yolk contains fats or high cholesterol as well as the albumen or egg white though it contains less fats or no fats at all. but if you consume eggs everyday, fats accumulate in your body specially in your heart which can cause dockyard (bara) thru your cardiovascular system. we are only allowed to consume 2-3 eggs a week.

Others believe is that it is OK to have a daily dietary intake of 2 hard-boiled chicken eggs, and it is fine for as long as they are not oil-cooked.
But what I believe is that we should avoid quail eggs as much as possible, since they have a much higher levels of cholesterol compared to chicken eggs.

I love eggs too and eat a lot though too many are not good for you, I try to eat them boiled rather than fried to be healthier.
