Move paragraphs in Word, )))))))))))))))))))))))) If you need to swap the second and third paragraphs in the document you’re working on, cutting and pasting is not the only method you can use. Click on the paragraph you would like to move, hold down Shift+Alt, and move the paragraph up or down using the arrow keys. Each press of the arrow key causes the selected paragraph to jump over one adjacent paragraph.

Nice tip, I did not know of this method. I've always been used to the copy and paste way. Should save me some time now.

tip on microsoft excel: do you know how to select multiple non-adjacent cels, rows, or columns? if not.. just select the first cell, ros, or column then hold down CTRL while selecting the other cells, rows, or columns. hope you got it. i always use that. it helps me work in excel faster.
