we all come from different walks of life with different story to tell but what we all have in common is "time" we all get fair chances of it in our lives... but in the end, can u say your life-time's well spent or are there more wasted times, times that you regret than times so sweet that you would want to go back again & again? Or did you find one day someone who gave you the best days of your life? Or you hated one point in your life so much that you often wished to turn back the time & never have done it? are you one of those people who made time, gold? or are you one of the many who would give everything for a fresh start? what & when are the best & worst days in your life? good or bad it's what makes life on this earth meaningful & with purpose... i think time truly is gold but it's our character our life & how we overcome each & every big & little struggles that makes us shines brighter than gold... we only waste time when we start to give up on others & ourselves & our problems...

Thats a very good topic you just brought up there .I think it hard to find a line between what constitutes totally wasted time and well-invested time , because many activities that appear monotonous and boring turn out to have SOME usefulness ,however trivial . One underlying criterion that might affect the classification is CONTROL ,because we often consider time as lost that time we spend doing seemingly unimportant and inconsequential things WHEN WE HAVE NO CHOICE ,because if we had an alternative ,that same activity is viewed positively ,and is labelled RnR or rest and recreation or relaxation or whatever .But ,upon closer examination ,many passive engagements add to our personal experience and help shape our views and perspective . Without any experimental data on the subject ,I can only cite my personal experiences ,for example I spend a lot of time watching TV (more time than my conscience would be comfortable with) ,I frequently see those hours as utter waste ,because if I invested those same hours studying some text books ,I would have earned many PHDs !! But ,you know what ?? Gain is not all it's about . Life is too great an experience to be limited to gaining and earning ,there is a lot more to it .We need to learn how to feel and how to taste and how to see and how to appreciate ,and those are actions that are always being improved and developed .I learned many new English words from watching American movies and shows ,too .There are more examples I can make but I do not want this to become too personal ,in short ,I think Time would be better classified into Well-invested , Less-wel-invested ,and Wasted . I reserved that last one for completely useless practices .In my opinion ,the only time that is completley wasted is the time we spend being ANGRY and SAD . Although "sobering" instances are vital to our development , I think the lesser time we spend in those abysses of the mind ,the better .

Any time spent with my family and loved ones is time well spent.
