Number of Responses

I didn't realize there was aminimum number of responses for a discussion to rate. Oh well. For me, I do not get that frustrated because perhaps not many people share that interest of mine. I believe that people here in mylot are intellectuals who are choosing the right topics interesting enough to discuss.

Yes,sometimes my discussion had no any response i felt very despair.But we need the useful and related responses not just for the money.

I didn't know we needed ten responses to get credit for a discussion. I must have missed that it the guidelines somehow. Huh. Anyway, I'm pretty happy with the responses I get. I usually average between twenty and fifty responses for my discussions, so I don't really have any reason to complain. One of the tricks is to post discussions that everyone - or a very large percent of people - can relate to and respond to.

Yeah that aggervates me. I mean there are some of my disscussions I have no repleies on and others I have a lot on and they are stupid questions to me.

Lol. I feel the same way. =) It's really frustrating... I put a lot of thought in the discussions that I start but for some reason, there are times when I only get around six or seven posts. I don't know, I made a discussion similar to yours... I remember someone posted on my discussion that it's a matter of preference. I mean, people have different tastes... so we really can't say which discussion will garner a lot of responses... Let's just be contented that there are at least some people who appreciate the things that we appreciate as well. Ü

yea i got a couple discussions started and only like 2 or 3 of them is doing good, the others, only got like 5 or 6 or less responses, so that kinda sucks, but can't force ppl to reply lol

Keeep your discussions with the necessary quality. That is the only way you'll achieve a considerable ammount of answers, or the number that is wished by you. MyLot is sort of a frustrating website, but hey, it does pay, so whatever.
