Instead of complaining regarding your boss, why don't you just try to give me as much input as possible and change him or change your job.
Even I had a boss who was not knowing how to run business, but I tried to change him but in vain I left the company itself.

My Boss is a hard a$$..but as long as you come to work on time, do your jobs, and be nice to the customers lol..She's great

Same as my boss. He even cut my maternity leave from 60 days to 49 days. Thanks for your reply

I have just join this organisation. The Director is very good person. I hope to carry to with him for very long time.
