Learn other language...how u do?

I come from the country which do not have english. Any one can give me how to learn another language like english? I mean not just reading, but also writing, listening and spekaing.... Tell me how!

i learned having dictionaries of different languages..read them thoroughly and try to use in everyday's conversation.i lvoe to lear other languages.... anyung haseyo....... good morning or greetings kumapsinida.... thank you

There is a lots of site that can learn English at home. Learn language is just motive. You has to have a great motive to learn something. I wish you success by learning your English
