Do you Self Check out or go to the Cashier at Wal Mart?

I tend to use the self checkout if I don't have any items that need to be IDed. It just seems like I always get the "new girl" and this is a true story one time I bought a fishing pole and the girl tried to bag it. I thought you have got to be kidding me it was crazy!!!!

When ever possible, I do the self check out but if there is some moron there trying to scan something that doesn't have a UPC code or something that needs to get taken to a cashier ... I look for another self check out. Oddly enough, they never ask to see the receipt when we are leaving but they sure jump over people who have a cart full of stuff and went through the regular check out or had stuff on layaway (something that they are doing away with).
