Yes we do mean it...
But we don't attach as much importance to the word as women do.
When a woman do something which make us happy... we usually respond with "I love you".
When a woman hear the words "I love you" from a man... she automatically think that he is going to marry her and give her the moon.
For men "love" is something in the present moment. It is only when he ask you to marry him that he sees love as a long term thing. Men are not emotional enough to know what love is... love to them... is a woman who make them happy.
Love to a woman... is a man who will do anything for her... including put his life on the line to protect her. To find such a special man... you will need to be a very special woman.

I see. Thanks for that.. It's now clear to me. When my guy said he loves me he meant I love you now. Ok.

hello friend, of course, if you say "i love you" you got to mean it , other wise it is pointless, and it is hurtful down the road if is not true. also if you dont say what you mean and tell them how you feel, you may not be able down the road and it could be too late when you finally able to and it is not good.

Obcourse, yes!.. i say this word with honestly and for my love ones only.. i often say this to my girlfriend only and if i have a friend for example girl that is close to my heart which you love her also as a friend i prefer to say take care..Well, today admited that lot of guys say this by flirting to other woman and some woman are getting trap by agreeing or believing what the guys says without knowing the true purpose or intention of the guy..that is why for you, you should be carefull.. i love you!..

I think most of us do, "We mean what we say and say what we mean." For us, it is sign of honor and of a man's pride to stick with his words. i surely do mean this when I say it, maybe the main reason why some of my previous relationships leave me. They get too much/fed off with the love I give for them, a big mistake that I've already dealt with..

yeah..i meant what i say to my gf..when i say those words i came to the point that she will feel it more than i do..saying those words while staring to her eyes is what i always do..then after that i kiss her nose, then her eyes, then her lips and hugs her tight and then i say those words again..that was my routine that i always do to her..and she love it..
