Do you know Spring Festival of China?

Spring Festival is coming.All Chinese people will celebrate it. People will reunite with their famliy during the Spring Festival.People who work ourside will back home,people who study ourside will back home too.They all want to get together with their relatives and friends.And they will have dinner together on the last day of the year which our Chinese people call Nian Ye Fan(???). People will visit each other.Children are the happiest ones.Because they can recieve much money that be packed with a red paper.We call it Hong Bao. Spring Festival is happy time and people can lie fallow during that time.And I pay a New Year call to all friends here. Now many Chinese people not only celebrate Spring Festiva,but also celebrate Valentine's Day and Christmas Day,and so on like west festival.Now I want to know Do you celebrate Spring Festival?And how?Thanks....

I dont know and heard about the spring festival that you mention.But i do know that Chinese do gather together and have a big feast once a year.(correct me if i am wrong) I know Chinese New Year.At my place, there isn't any spring or summer.We just have sunny days and rainy days. I celebrate all the festival that were held in my country.Festival of all races Malays, Chinese, or even Indian's festival.

I think New Yesr and spring festival are the same. It is Chinese biggest festival.All chinese people love it.
