As long as I didnt come across any sharks it would be neat to go swim in the ocean. Maybe when I go to visit my mother in Virginia you can go too and we'll go swimmin in the ocean while we are there :)

I've done both, and prefer the ocean. It could be scary, especially when you swim through the choppy waves, but after that I feel totally free. It's weird to describe, but it's almost like if you went through a jungle.....maybe, I don't know. It's different, but in a nice way.

I like to wade in the ocean, but I'd rather just stay along the shore instead of swimming very far in because I'm so terrified of sharks. For real swimming I prefer a pool any time.

Pool. If something is going to eat me I want to see it coming LOL. Besides I'm not crazy about the waves unless I'm boogy boarding

Definitely in a salt water pool. Chlorine ones are horrible. Coming from Australia, the sea scares me a little: sharks, sea snakes, stone fish, etc. Look at the Crocodile Hunter!!!
