My father in law bought us VCO for my husband got some flu or called it sinus problem. He drink I teaspoon everyday. He recover and no more snizzing at night. My father in law use it for sinus problem, his friend use to rub his son burn from fire, then rub at your hair look black and healthy, hair growth more etc. I want to try also coz my sneeze didn't recover for 2 weeks!! It so annoying. I think you can surf the net more benefit you can get from VCO.

On VCO's benefits, i've no doubt. My mom who is a cancer patient is taking VCO since she was diagnosed and glad she now survives. OF course, it was not just VCO who helps her but I'm sure VCO is also a part of her new life.
It's just that, I don't like how it taste that is why I still don't drink it religiously.

Hi deebomb, i just tried it. using VCO when frying and I can't even distinguish it's difference from the cooking oil i used before. now, I can take it..

Yes, it's good for the body. And virgin coconut oil is not only good for the body, hair, but it's good also for medicine and it can cure many ailments. I have tried it and it's effective.

i am using VCO on my face and body, i use its make-up remover and moisturizer. I have tried taking it orally but i just hate the taste.

I've never used or even seen coconut oil. It is very uncommon in the U.S. And I have read that coconut is high fat, and therefore not good for people with cholesterol problems.
I love coconut sweets, though. And my mother really loved coconut candy and cake. I seldom buy coconut sweets and haven't had coconut cake in years, as my mother is deceased.

yes, it is! i use it as hot oil treatment, facial and body moisturizer! can be taken orally for bod cleasning!
