Well, in some ways I agree with you - but I disagree with the work ethics part. Many international students come to my university in the USA and they initially tell me they plan to finish their degree and go home. After being here for a while, they decide to stay and work here. Now, the USA has a very strong work ethic - it is one of our founding societal values. In fact, US Americans work more hours per year than any other country in the world.
Should people go to their mother land or stay abroad? Well, that really should be a decision made by the individual. I would hope people's decisions to stay are based on the fact they like the society and aren't after just money. However, I have met people who look down on my people and my country - yet want to stay here. I think that you should at least have a liking for the people and the society in which you decide to live!

Students are not migrating to other countries now-a-days. Previously there were no opportunities so much in their mother land. Today they have good chances of working in their home country.

if a student is done with their studies and if they are in agreement with the cultures of that country and are willing to adopt their values and flag and language, then i think they should feel free to work in whichever country they choose. most people work just for money. personally, if i'm not happy at a job either with the boss or other employees or the work in general, it doesn't matter how much i make, i won't be able to do the job. i'd rather be happy than wealthy

well lets look on this way .... people migrate to countries of course for money ..well if i look as individual ..i migrated to other country ofcourse not only for money but also for learning exprience ..ans also to make my land better ... there are many things i have learnt here like to drive car without honking and i do save atleast 10 dollar in a month so that when i come back with my saved money i can use that money for a needy kids ...i would say when we go out from country its also better for our country too ..well what we have to improve is when we go other country dont forget our people ..and just learn to make our country better
