Izzy comes out of her shell!

Okay! So Izzy has been in a rut for a long time now, and we all know why, but I must admit that I was really happy to see her start to open up again when she started to help the guy trapped under a car. Do you think she can actually save him though? If not, how will she handle his death emotionally? I think it is bad enough that all of these guys are putting so much pressure on her to save their friend! I am fully expecting her to blow up at them! You can't help but love her character though, for all she has been through!

Izzy's character seems kind of wierd to me. When the show started she was too bubbly and airhead-ish for me. Then when the "Dr. Model" episode came along, she blew up and seemed much more assertive. Then they brought up the trailer park raising, the child she gave up for adoption....it was a little too busy for me.
And now the whole Denny thing, and the $8 million dollars (which was really $9 million). Now she's all lost and confused and scared. She even looks scared when she's treating patients.
It almost seems like the writers don't know what to do with her character. There's too much going on.
