husband working overseas

i have a friend ,shes lonely this coming valentines day coz its the first time in her married life that they wont be celebrating this special occasion, her husband is working overseas, any ideas on how she is going to celebrate this special day...

you friend could still celebrate with him during valentines day...you can call him or talk to him thru internet..

well she can celebrate it her own family valentines is not only for husband and wife but it can be celebrated by your own family and friends

I think it all depends on what she likes to do, so any ideas on her favorite activities would be good. Do you have someone to spend this day with? If not maybe get some friends together and either have a grownup slumber party - eat ice cream, pizza, chips and rent some really good chick flicks. Or you could all get dressed up and go out to a fancy restaurant for a really good dinner and some drinks. A spa day (if you have the day off) would also be a great way to spend the day and it would get her mind off of the fact that her husband is so far away.
