How does one become a Girly Girl?

I checked Yahoo, Ask.com, and various other websites but couldn't find much on being a Girly Girl except a Wikipedia description. Is there a Girly Girl Guide? What schedules do Girly Girls manage throughout the week that make them high maintenance girls, i.e. a manicure/pedicure every week, shop where?? etc.
