What do you think. Is it possible. I guess it is. Blow a little and then fill it with water. Although i think if you go too deep the pressure might make it impossible.
And yes if you were wondering this is another of those funny questions i got in my email ;)

That's new.. But i never yet tried blowing a balloon underwater. I don't know.. is it really possible? I find it hard breathing underwater for a while so I guess it would be harder blowing off your air in the balloon. lolz.. Maybe I'll find someone to try it for me.

I do not think this is possible as when you try to blow the balloon, all that enters the balloon would be water.

You can fill it with water, but it won't stretch. The pressure from the water outside will equal the pressure from the water inside, so you'll just get a balloon with water in it.
If you try to fill it with air, you CAN. Either your own breath, using SCUBA gear to take in more air, or by using a pump and a tube to pump air into the balloon while it is underwater. Again, depending on your depth, the pressure on the outside of the balloon will exceed the pressure in the inside of the balloon and it will be more difficult to fill with air. It would also have to be completely sealed to the source of air, as the pressure differential will encourage WATER to seep into the balloon, to equal out the pressure.

I guess u can blow it up a little..at some point it wont be able to cope with the pressure from the water...
