Today my bank deduct 230 taka from my account for not receving my check book. Do you thing it is reasonable?

Ohhhhhhhhhhh. I am unable to understand u. Did urs 1 cheque book has finished and u did n't order for next book and they've fined u. May b they took this money for printing new cheque book. Do n't worry. 230 taka r n't too much and 2ndly, it has teached u a lesson and u'll b carefull next time.
