I read a blog post from somewhere, where the owner was asking visitors to leave comment, and stated visitors' URL at the same time. The owner will reciprocate the visitor and if the owner like the posts, he promise to click (Adssense) at least once per visit as a sign of gratitude... Of course the opwner's site do not have any Ads, so not consider 'Encourage clicking', and do not violate any Adssense TOS. I know there's nothing wrong for encouraging people to come to our own site, but by asking in this mathod, is it a way not too good?

I came to this discussion the same way, gahsoon kept a url in one of the discussion at mylot. Do you thing its right. While I think it is correct. Cos' I came to this discussion as my choice.
