Where Mylot get the money to pay for us? How they gain profit?

I wonder how mylot gain profit here? They pay those who post messages right, and i didn't see much advertisement in the site, Anybody have an idea? or at least overview the cycle of money here?

im wondering the same thing to be honest. im going to do this for a day and see if it works. ive answered alot of questions and my earnings still says 2 cents, i should be at like 14 cents lol. have you earned alot of money on here?
