I know we have this so called Valentines Day. Is there a need for us to celebrate it in our busy schedule??? Why not just express our love to our special someone everyday or whenever we can. Why do we have to highlight this day? I don't understand. Who invented this holiday?

Hey BF :D You've peaked my curiosity now I'm gonna have to investigate how V-Day came about LOL Seriously tho' I think there may have been a real Saint Valentine. I LOVE V-Day it's a wonderful thing to have a special day for love just think Feb 14th may be the day someone gets the courage to tell their longtime crush how they really feel. I think it's wonderful +'s 4 U :)

Is not necessary to celebrate valentines or it depends. For those busy couple if you can't make it on that day of valentines you can have a celebration before or after. Anyways, showing some love everyday, every minute of the day is more than enough celebration. But it's also added sweet to celebrate the day of valentine, but as what i've said it's depends upon the situation.

I believe the holiday centres around St. Valentine. Another user here, Rainbow posted a bit about the history of Valentine's Day. I agree with you that our love should be expressed everyday, but it can be a fun holiday and a way to break out of the winter blues. Cheers!
