Have you got any snow yet today?

I'm in southern Michigan and they are predicting snow here today also but hasn't started yet - again that is. It snowed most of the day yesterday, Monday. It's supposed to start anytime now just light and build as the day goes. I love fresh snow, a beautiful soft cover over all the ugliness of winter.

We had the snow last week here in the UK, and it was quite thick, it only lasted a couple of days thankfully and the rain melted most of it away, I hate the snow, and glad to see the back of it, hopefully that's it for this year, we've had our little flurry and no more! The only time it should snow is Christmas Day. It may be lovely for kids but certainly not for driving or walking in.

We sure did get it here in Missouri. I think that most of our schools are closed, and it's pretty nasty outside. I really can't stand this time of the year for the weather. I had some plans that meant the world to me that were nixed because of the fact that it was going to be rainy and then snowy yesterday, which was a major problem because the rain turning into freezing rain and ice on the roads was just too dangerous for me to get out, so I had to stay home and miss out on seeing some people that I really miss. I'm still not too happy about that, but what can you do? And now we have I don't even know how many feet of snow outside. When will it be summer again? LOL! I just do not enjoy this time of the year at all.
