The gremlin is not real here, it is Management and they tinker with the money til it is paid. The algorithmn thingy makes its computations and it seems to change fairly regularly. Some lost more so am glad you only reduced by 4 cents. I feel fortunate that I typically gain overall. That is what I suggest you do. Track your earnings and the number of responses you do and you will see what you are earning on average and that becomes much more appealing than day by day doings. Congratulations on 4 referrals, hoping that they are active ones.
