parenthood

I am about to become a father again at the age of 39. I already have 1 daughter from a previos relationship who is 20. Myself and my new partner are very excited about becoming new parents, however I have just discovered my daughter is pregnant. I am very excited about this but my girlfriend feels that she will have to share my time more (this is her first child). I am very happy about both babies but feel a bit torn. how can I please both my girlfriend and daughter?

It is important for you to be there for your daughter but even more important to be there for your new child and i'm sure your daughter will understand that she seems mature enough going on what you told me about her and you will probably still have time for both it's just that you child will be of a higher priority.

wow! two babies at the same time! great! hihihi... just be there for both of them. they should understand that you aren't superman to do everything for them. i hope they understand that you both love them and that you really wanna do everything for them. it's just that you can't all the time. show them you love them both and the babies, too. that would be enough.
