It is said that we all have a guardian angel. I have heard it said that a white fever is the sign of a presence. Well ive seen plenty of these but never seen an angel. I rather like the idea that there might be something watching over us, but ive never seen one, has anyone else, please share your stories.
blessed be, thank you in advance for your replies

I believe in some form of an angel. I believe there is definitely someone watching out for me to help the good lord out. I have not seen one personally but I do know that alot of things I have been through in my life, there has always been a higher power there to help me get through every thing I have gone through. I think my husband is my angel.

I have many times in my life, gone against what may be regarded as good sense or timidity. I am a Leo, and can be somewhat headstrong. So at times I have deliberately walked into situations that a wise man would avoid, yet I have had that feeling of being protected by righteousness. Sometimes it has been an intolerance of injustice, other times a simple facing down of a bully. I found myself with a reputation as a hard man at one time, yet I had not had to raise my fist. I was raised in South London of the 1950's, it was not a good place to be soft and I wasn't, but many apparently tougher guys than me gave me respect. Looking back, I can say I always had, and still have a guardian angel to this day.
I can also claim to have avoided severe damage from accidents, particularly in work related (heavy engineering) environments. I can think of three times, when I can only describe a certain stark awareness coming over me, that I need to move from where I am NOW!!
Either I got a psychic warning or I have phenomenally quick reactions. Either way I am blessed.
For a Leo, this gift sometimes gives me an apparently bloody-minded confrontational stance.

Hi EsKaren
Yes I do now. I never used to up until 3 years ago, I guess when I was working and active it never crossed my mind. But lately I have had the Memory of my 6th Birthday where I laid on a Field and was looking into the sky and I saw the Clouds forming to something that looked like an Angel. For many years I forgot about this, until 3 Years ago. And then I realised that when I think of things that has happened to me, I must have an Guardian Angel to stop the worse happening and who is there to protect me.

I do believe in angels! I have never seen one myself but my youngest son has. He was only 9 and had a really bad experience. Without him knowing I asked a group of people to pray for him, of the group (an online prayer group) 3 people sent me emails praying for my son and asking God to send an angel to watch over him. All 3 were nearly the same exact wording.
The next day my son, remember he had no knowledge of my request or the responses, came marching into the house and plopped down on the sofa. I didn't say anything as he's the type to speak when he's ready so just waited. After a few minutes he asked me, "Mom do you wanna know what I just saw?" I was very interested and said yes.
My chin almost hit the floor - he announced he had seen and angel. I asked what the angel was doing and he said, "She was watching over me!"
Yep I believe!

My 4 years old daughter always ask me where's her grandmas. She said most of her friends has grandma. Everytime she has to make a wish, her wish always....I wish that my grandmas alive again. She makes my hubby and I in tears everytime we've heard her wish.
Well,I said to her that she still has grandmas. They are in heaven and that her both grandmas is now angels and that they will always watching her.

Yes I do believe in Angels and believe we all have one assigned to us throughout our life. I am not sure I ever saw one that looked like the pictures. I did see something though, my son had been kidnapped and was taken several states away, I was very much in a strange state of mind and was praying harder than I have ever prayed in my life! That night right before we found him I saw something flickering right above me, at first I thought it was a reflection, but it wasn't I honestly believe it was my guardian Angel letting me know everything would be fine. My son was found unharmed and returned to me. He was 5 at the time, he is now 19 and married. So yes I do believe in Angels.

I have never seen an angel, but I beleive they are there. I did an automatic writing once and it was the weirdest thing. Someone started to answer me. You know how you are always hearing yourself thinking? Well these words I heard had a totally different quality, they were answers before I could even form full questions. Kind of scary. And not always the answers I wanted to hear either, but very helpful. I also beleive many children that have "imaginary friends" are really seeing their angels.

Yes, I believe in angels. Most certainly. A friend used to say, to, "love babies and pay attention to them because they can see angels." I never really thought about it. One night, my husband was home and our son was around 3 or 4 months old. We had him lying in bed with us, we were trying to get him to sleep, so I could put him in his baby bed. All of the sudden, we hear him laughing hysterically. Just smiling and making the cutest sounds. We begin to watch him intently. He was lying between us, and we both noticed that he was looking up at our ceiling and just smiling and laughing at something. This went on for close to 20 minutes. The bedroom was dark and only the light from the hall was lighting the room, but there was no light where he was staring. We started asking him who he saw (he was 3 months and couldn't tell us), but then his arms started waving about. I believe, my husband also, that he was playing with angels that night.

A lot of entities exist, you can believe it or not, or you can Know. In the esoterism, the Angels as the Demons and other creatures are Eggregores. Who practises Ceremonial Magic use to invokes them and evokes. Personally I have never done it, and it doesn't interest me. I don't practise High Magic. A lot of figures that protect and they guard exist in all cultures and traditions of the world. The Spirit Drives also can develop a function of protection.
In the Roman Tradition we find the figure of the Genius that develops a particular assignment and it's inside each of us instead.
I follow the Forn Sidhr, the tradition north-European, and my custodian is Thor the keeper of Midhgardh.
The Angels are a representation of something that exists in a lot of cultures and traditions. A person can see an Angel, another can see a Spirit, but the Substance is the same one. The Strength is the same, the Power is the same.

I beleive in angels, but I do not think we have a private angel. I think angels come only when we have to decide about something, that can change our life definately. They know when it is their time. And they standing by us helping us in decision. Or they help us to avoid troubles. They can play with the minutes we need to avoid troubles.

I am glad I checked the discussions from friends section. I was thinking of asking this very question.
I do think we all have angels, not just one but many and that there are specific guardian angels assigned to us, and that we can also call upon other angels for help.
I have had more than one experience with what I began to refer to as WA, short for Whispering Angel.
More than once in my life I would hear this voice whispering just behind my left ear, and while I think that premonitions, feelings, intuition are real, I also feel these are about influences, possiblities, not absolutes and that if we know we can change things, there is no doubt in my mind if we know something, we can either change circumstances to make things happen or make them not happen.
Yet on special occassions I will get my WA messages, those whispers, it is hard to explain they are very clear words, and they have yet to this day ever been wrong.
Once I was told just by seeing the flash of someone's skirt "she is a friend she is important to you very important she will bring to a learning a knowing, and the friendship will be real true and short"
Well yes it happened just that way.
I had talked with someone on the phone, new friend, we were not that close etc, and while I was on the phone, I got the message "love this person, a friend, it is not your love of life but this person will be important and you will learn something"
This caused me to be a bit more trusting of this person than I would have been, and from this person I learned I can love unconditionally. How great a lesson is that?
I had been dating more than one man, one I knew I could end up with and he had means, etc, then I meet another, and this other sent all my warning bells ringing, everything said don't bother. There were issues with the other that would have had me walk away from any one else. After our first meeting however the whisper was clear "watch he is the one you will end up with" and instead of enjoying a relationship and finding some kind of security I instead did find the love of my life, and I ended up with this man and I am still with this man.
One incident in my life was involving something hard to take, emotionally so painful, that I won't detail it, but prior to this happening, I kept hearing for days over and over again the same whisper. Later I knew it was so I could begin to prepare for the loss that was to come to my life. So I would be able to take it when it came, and still stand. It was not a warning so that I could stop it, but a warning so that I was ready for it so it didnt' destroy me.
My Whispering Angel has guided me, helped me, and on those times when I failed to listen to that Whisper, I was a fool.
Though it was rare, whenever I didn't listen to that whisper something went wrong that didn't have to go wrong.
So sometimes the warnings were to help.
And once when I was young, I was caring for the children of someone I was 14, I had always been perceptive, the children were in bed sleeping, they never got up, yet the bathroom light came on, I never did learn how.
I went to go to the bathroom and noticed the light thought it odd, but didn't really think much of it. Before entering the bathroom the window was directly across from the door, I stopped, frozen, I took a step back I was still in the hall so the step back put me up against the wall. In an instant I felt a warm strong hand on my shoulder, I could feel the warmth of the body of the person standing behind me, I knew I was safe, the face that had been staring at me only a moment before the eyes of anger and hate looked over my shoulder, up to the face of the one standing behind me, the look of hate and anger changed it was worse, it was pure evil. I never looked up over my shoulder, I stayed looking in the bathroom, and then the face in the window disappeared.
I never did go pee, lol I did go back to the family room, after checking on the kids again, they were all sound asleep. I lay on the couch, it was chilly in that room it always was, but the afghan from the couch wasn't in there it was in the boys room.
Almost immediately I was not dreaming, not asleep, not awake just kind of out of myself for a moment but I felt warmth begin to spread it started at my feet and worked its way up to my neck, I could feel the weight of the afghan that I knew was on the one boys bed over me, and the warmth I felt came from within, as well as out side of me, I knew that "he" the one whose hand protected me was standing next to me, near my head, he covered me.
Short time later I heard "get up" "there home" "its time to go there home" and I felt the cool air, but not all at once, it started from the next and worked its way down, in my minds eye I could see the cover being pulled off me.
I was awake and alert no drowsiness, no struggle between sleep and waking, I was just fine. I stood up went to the front door, as the kids parents came in.
Just as I grabbed my purse I saw from the corner of my eye the afghan that was in the boys room, in the far opposite corner of the den, half hidden behind the wood burning stove.
She must have known something happened, because after that she talked to me about the house, and its "issues"
Afterwards I told her what happened. She did some research and found out it was once long ago farm land own by two brothers. Since I was there the next day we went in the yard, no idication that a ladder had been anywhere near the yard let alone the bathroom window, and since the ground was wet, there would have been prints, markings but there was nothing.
Was this an angel watching over me? Was there something evil outside? Was it the spirits of the brothers in conflict? I only know that Adam as I had come to call him as always been there to protect me when I needed it.
That I have always been safe.
Was it all a vivid imagination of someone waiting at night? I doubt the last it was to real, things I could not have begun to imagine.
Angel?Ghost?Spirit?Dream? I don't know what others wish to call it, I know that I have a guardian, who keeps me safe, and a whispering angel who gives me important messages.
Both have been a help more than once in my life. I only get into trouble when I forget to include them.
LOL Or maybe I am just crazy.

Ah well now I do think that in times of serious threat our Angels will watch over us, but for the most part I also think that free will is important part of who we are. So I don't think that our Angels do interfere or intervene unless we ask.
I find that things go more smoothly in my life when I remember to keep asking for help, guidence, and to keep thanking the Angels for it.
LOL I have phenominal parking luck, I almost never have trouble finding a parking spot, and any time I haven't been able to find a spot I ended up wishing I had not gone into the store or wherever in the first place.
So I tend to say thank you when I get a good parking spot, and such little things,
Have you ever read any of the books by Doreen Virture ? Or read Messengers of Light by Terry Lynn Taylor?
You may find them interesting.
