Education is one answer to solve poverty. A state University was built in our city. Many poor people sent their children to college. Many finished college at a very low cost. Now many are employed. The government should put priority to education. From Elementary to Highschool should be free. Health Care should also be a primary concern. Most poor people are unemployed because of some physical ailments. Technology Transfer and adult education can also help the poor seek for some livelihood.

First of all, steps will be taken to eliminate corruptions in all levels. Then all the people of the country should be encouraged to work hard. Lazy people should be given punishment. Each and every internal resources of the country should be made use of and every help should be given to those who try to utilize them. Every country will have some kind of resources. Make every effort to utilize them to their fullest extent. All these steps will defenitely eliminate at least 75% of poverty. If nothing helps then you can ask for help from countries with charitable minds.

I believe if the restaurants donated their uneaten (as in leftover, not like what people leave on their plates) food, this could go a long way in solving hunger. So many big-chain places make an excess of food and at the end of the night whatever did not sell is just thrown out. This is such a waste. I believe for the poorer countries, people need to be educated as well. Give them the tools and teach them how to garden, so much of our food can be grown on our own. Those would be my first steps and then I guess I'd have to see how far that went and work on some more plans.

Simple enough...I would make churches pay taxes. They have more money than the rest of the businesses combined, yet they pay no taxes. No one else would have to pay taxes and they would be forced to do what they are supposed to be doing any way by paying taxes. Or, I would just make the churches actually feed people, clothe people and house the homeless. Simple solution that won't work because the churches keep getting bigger and bigger, but the poverty grows worse.
