just cry it all out that can also help but don't be coward to fight for the thing thats being aching in on you., fight it out., and i know you can do it., theres still many girls there who are willing to love you more than ur ex

my friend,dont think like that.life is colourful.the best way is take it easy i think .and listen to your doctor ,do what he let and dont let.dont worry about it.i think oneday you will be ok.
