who influence more? family or friend?

young adults maybe influenced by many aspects in formning their character and outlooks on the world. some people believe that the family most important influence in young adults. others think taht friends are the most important influence on them. both views base on respective beliefs. what your beliefs?

well basicallly i feel family influence is more . actually in my case family is more important to me. my parents , my sister, my husband , my inlaws eevrybody mean a lot to me. their views , opinion, attitude ,..everything is soo important. i feel freinds are apart of ur life and not ur whole life itself. friends keep changing from time to time , but family members r same . they walk with u all ur life. so i feel it is family which can actually influence u .

I believe friends influence young adults a lot.Take example of this mylot forum..We have seen many people ask questions about their personal affairs.They look forward responses from friends whom they have not even seen.Family values are respected only by some and the majority of them seek answers from the outside world.Correct me If Iam wrong!!!
