Need to Lose 10 lbs

I need to lose 10 lbs. I don't exercise, but I eat fairly healthy. Does anyone have any good eating tips or exercise programs that will help me lose 10 lbs?

You nedd to create a loss of 500 calories a day to lose a pound a week.

I would suggest that since you are already eating healthy, you just need to start some type of exercise plan. Nothing too extreme but something just to get your heart rate going and sweat a little.
Have you thought about going to a mall and walking or getting up early in the AM or later in the evening when the temperature is good to go out and walk? Walking is better than running and most other stuff.
There are a lot of malls now that have walking programs and open their doors before any of the stores open so people can come in and walk in the air conditioning and/or heat if winter.
Walking would be good for you and you can lose weight along with eating
healthy. Good Luck

adopt an exercise routine. drink lots of water. keep yourself hydrated. don't drink too much fruit juices (even the natural ones) because of the sugar content which can give temporary energy, and may also contribute to weight gain.
do not eat your evening meal late at night. actually, there is something called the 6 o'clock diet, where you don't eat anything after 6pm and before 12mn (you can drink water, though). actually, it would probably be better if you don't eat after 6pm until you wake up in the morning. this is very effective for a lot of people. try it and let me know what your results are.

I have struggled with this for years and I FINALLY caught a clue...after waisting TONS of money on exercise equipment and videos! Before I can help you though, I need some more information. What do you like to do? What would you like to learn to do?

Walk, walk and around even if it's around your house, and take energetic vitamins and eat less, while drink water only, not soft drink etc.

If you are already eating healthy, you probably need to implement an exercise plan into your life. This can me something small like walking around your neighborhood a few times a week for 40 minutes, or purchasing a workout tape that you can do at home. Everyone’s body is different so it is hard for me to be able to tell you exactly what you should do. For me, I do cardio 2-3 times a week (martial arts training) and to sculpturing 2 times a week and I lost about 10 lbs in a month and now have a sculpted body.
What exactly are you eating? Quite often we think we are eating healthy, but after we examine our diets and start reading labels our healthy diet turns out to be not so healthy.
