Free Birthday Food & Gifts

I have always heard about places of business ( like Food Joints ) giving free stuff to people with a birthday! Now I have searched the net endlessly and found nothing. Any ideas? I live in Saint Paul Minnesota.

well i have never heard about any offer like this, neither i belive because why anyone is going to pay me in free without i have done anything
