pearl harbour acted as a final warning before america's world war campaign.I really think america could have reacted efficiently if they got the information a hour earlier.

their were many reasons responsible for the fiasco. firstly the planes or fighter jets were kept close together making them easy bombing targets and easy to be destroyed by single bomb. second the planes were sighted early by radar but their warnings were not listened or acted upon. so they did get information but didn't react.
