Both of my daughters never listen nor obey me! What should I do?

My elder daughteris 13 years & the younger one is of 9 years old.
My husband being a professor finds very little time for the kids to teach any discipline to them.
both of the girls are very naughty and combat all the time,
never apy much attention towards the study.
I am getting irritated and depressed too.
What is going wrong from my side I don't understand.
I want some solution to this.
I wish my daughters shold study a lot.
Nobody is here to understand my feelings.
My husband says they will be alright as they will grow.
He doesn't take it seriously.
What can be done?

I think now its not the time. training children should start from the early ages. I am not telling you have no hope...But it was better if u started before.
Now a days..parents do not have much time to take care of their child. They are after money and by the end they realize that it was a wastage of time running after money.
My thought is that be friendly to them and try to find out what they require. Then tenage time is a time for being rebel.

I presented my problem here today but I am facing this since a long.
I am a house wife and suffered two scissorings, My health was not good till 2003.
may be I could not pay any attention properly,
but I want to do some thing now.
