Yea I love shopping during the seasons end sales....you can get some really fabulous deals and as much as 80% off! I'll be doing some shopping myself soon hopefully

I try to do this at the end of every season. It saves so much money for me to get my kids stuff. Right now gloves and hats are on clearence for like 30 cents a pair!! and coats the big ones, are like 70% off!! If I knew what size my kids would be next year that would be great. But they grow so fast. I love to get the after holiday sales too. Around here Valenetines day stuff is already at 80% off, and Easter stuff is on sale too!!! And it is not even here. But I am set for next year on v-day though!! I bought all kinds of stuff. I always try to keep a little bit of money off to the side for things like this.

If I'm looking to buy more winter clothes I try to hold off till this time of year. Since I live in Florida the winter clothes don't really sell all that much since our winter is so short. We can get some nice deals on clothes and winter gear. Also if you sew this is a great time to check out the fabric stores. Usually the heavier material is put on clearence as the matierial for the spring and summer come out.

Yes! This is the time to go and buy some things for next year's Christmas gifts! If you can manage to find some extra dollars to spend now, it will save you bundles in December! Some items that are marked down a great deal right now: nice driving gloves nice scarves sweaters flannel sheets These are items that never go out of style and are usually appreciated by anyone!

I went with my mom to JCPenneys, she did her Christmas shopping for next year. They had 80 and up to 90% off stuff, she got some terrific bargains.

You are right. But right now, I don't need new winter coats, sweaters and boots. My husband just bought me last New Year as my presents. I know what you are saying. This should be the best time to buy because they are most on sale now. Thanks for reminding us.

With our weather here in the Philippines, I don't need winter clothes to make me feel warm. I need something that can keep me cool hehehe. I need a good airconditioning. hehehe. We don't have winter here. It's all year round summer. A tropical island. hehehe. But I guess you are right, when there's no demand of things, that's when businessmen turn to lower their price. That's when a time a good idea for people to buy it if they need it.
