Some churchs are not talking about the blood of the lamb because they don't want to offend anyone.I have been saved by the precious blood of Jesus and am so thankful he called and he chose me.I spent 51 yrs of my life without him and what a mess I was in.A very dark place.I am now 61.Since surrendering my life to him I have peace,joy and my life is blessed in many different ways.The Lord has me in a church fellowship where I am learning truth from scripture, it is so exciting and my hunger though still within me to know more is being satisfied. The Lord has a wonderful plan for my life, he has lead me to 2 mission fields - Haiti and China. The desire to go again is very strong within me but I will rest until I know it is in his time for me to go.I keep a prayer journal which is filling up with prayer requests and needs. I pray for my family and for other to know him and to love him by giving their lives to him.Now I can pray for you and for all mylot contributors. PRAISE THE LORD O MY SOUL AND ALL THAT IS WITHIN ME PRAISE HIS HOLY NAME.

Praise God from whom all blessings flow, Praise Him all creatures here below, praise Him above ye heavenly host, praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost! I am so encouraged my friend, by your Post! How exciting that you have been on foreign soil to do missions! I too pray for friends and family alike to come to know Jesus Christ, that He would call them to His glorious self, save them, redeem them, and sanctify them with His Spirit and His word... Glory be to God in the Highest, I am thankful to you for your responce, and thankful to the Lord for the encouragment He has given to me through you! Bless you!

Hello keepinghome, I hope I'm responding correctly as I'm new to this site. Thank you for your kind words. I too am encouraged when I find a site where I can talk about the Lord and hopefully reach out and touch another person through him.
