ur favourite song?

To anyone who speaks English "Hips Don't Lie" is her only hit... and a hit it is. She has some great Spanish songs but she is reminding me of a Selena (who can dance!). If I remember correctly, English is Shakira's 5th language she speaks (behind Spanish, Arabic, Italian, Portuguese?) and she does not speak it very well. One song a superstar does not make, but with her popularity as a Latin singer, her infusion of Latin and Arabic dancing, her good looks, etc... I think she has a real shot at becoming a superstar in the English-speaking world. That being said, I was very dissapointed with her album that came out. I spent $18 for "Hips Don't Lie" when I could have gotten that song for 99¢ from Napster!

My favourite song of Shakira is, "Whenever Whereever". In this song video Shakira does a mindblowing bellydance. Also the music is rocking. I remember, whenever this song was played in any T.V channel, me and my sister used to jump and dance with the song with excitement.
